Main Characteristics of an E-learning programme

The demands of the present work environment many times make it impossible for people to take face- to- face language classes, given these have a pre- established timetable.

E-learning is here to satisfy a specific demand which is defined as the need to be able to undertake a flexible learning experience whilst maintaining the standards of academic excellence offered in face- to- face classes.

Notwithstanding, when it comes to the teaching of languages, electronic learning or e- learning, cannot exclude face- to- face or c (classroom) learning. They each have their advantages and disadvantages.

The learning process under the e- learning mode supplements and enriches the services offered by face- to- face teaching with new strategies and technologies at the forefront of pedagogical processes.
